At Cooly Bikes, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all bikes and gear in original condition. If your new equipment isn't the perfect fit for your cycling goals, we are here to help with a seamless exchange or refund.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your Cooly Bikes account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Gear

Clean your bike or accessories and pack them securely in the original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and tools are included to avoid restocking fees.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup for oversized bike boxes.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned items at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
