Do the bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, our bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. A comprehensive tool kit and step-by-step assembly guide are included in every box.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply if the bike shows significant signs of wear.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental US. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Do Cooly Bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all our frames are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components such as forks, brakes, and drivetrains are covered by a 2-year limited warranty.
Which frame size should I choose?
We provide a detailed sizing chart on every product page based on rider height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a more agile ride or sizing up for increased stability.
